Capacity Range: Adult ashes typically require 100-180 cubic inches of space, with the exact capacity varying based on the deceased's weight.
General Rule: One cubic inch of space is needed for each pound of the deceased's total weight. For example, if the deceased weighed 140 lbs, an urn of 140 cubic inches or larger is required.
Common Adult Size: The adult cremation urn is the typical choice, which can generally hold the ashes of an adult who weighed 200-220 lbs before cremation.
Volume Conversion: Standard size urns have an internal volume of approximately 200 cubic inches (3.5 litres), suitable for an average adult (1 litre = 61 cubic inches; 1 cubic inch = 0.0164 litres).

If you are unsure about the exact volume needed, it is recommended to contact the crematorium for advice.

When it comes to determining the correct size of urn you need for ashes the best rule of thumb is 1 cubic inch for every 1lb the deceased weighed; for pet ashes, a similar logic applies—estimate the required capacity based on the pet’s weight.
Exceptions to this rule:
If the deceased (human) was particularly tall, you may need to allow for additional capacity;
For pets with special body types (such as large dogs or animals with unique skeletal structures), it is advisable to increase the capacity appropriately to ensure a proper fit.
Important Note:
Height is a key factor affecting the size of urns for humans—taller individuals typically have longer bones, resulting in a greater volume of ashes after cremation. Fat, on the other hand, burns away during the cremation process and has little impact on the final volume of ashes. This should be taken into account when calculating the required capacity.
For pets, while weight is the primary reference, differences in bone density and body type may also affect the amount of ashes. It is recommended to leave a little extra space when choosing.
Generally, an urn with a capacity of 3.5 liters (213 cubic inches) is considered a standard size for humans and suits most cases; for pet urns, you can select the corresponding specification based on the specific weight (please refer to the capacity recommendations on the product page for details).

Basic Adaptation Ranges:
100 - 150 lbs: It is recommended to choose an urn with a cubic volume of 100 - 150 cu in (approximately 1.64 - 2.46 L).
151 - 200 lbs: It is recommended to choose an urn with a cubic volume of 151 - 200 cu in (approximately 2.47 - 3.28 L).
Over 200 lbs: It is recommended to choose an urn with a cubic volume of 200 cu in (3.28 L) or more.

1.Processing & Delivery
The time we need to process your purchase is 1 to 2 business days. We start preparing the shipment immediately after the purchase is made.You can expect most products to be delivered to their destination within 2 – 10 business days from the ship date depending on the method of shipping and carrier you selected and your location. If your order has not arrived during this time period, please contact us.

2.Delivery Conditions
- We will deliver the ordered goods to the delivery address you provided at the time of placing the order. Please try to provide a correct address and phone number, so that you can be contacted if you are not at the address during delivery.
- Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to contact the post office or the relevant courier company (as applicable) to arrange pick-up or re-delivery of merchandise that could not be delivered previously due to the customer's unavailability.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes; please provide an alternative address.
- Import duties and local taxes are not included in the delivery and must be borne by the customer. Please note that import taxes may vary by country.

3.Tracking
- Once the shipment is dispatched, we will automatically provide you with tracking details.
- The delivery time also depends on the postal service, security checks, airport and customs procedures during transportation, which are beyond our control.

4.Unforeseen Circumstances
In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control (such as bad weather, traffic congestion, road works, diversions, or mechanical breakdowns that cause unpredictable delays, and which are beyond our reasonable control), we may not be able to deliver the goods within the expected timeframes and will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver caused by such circumstances.

1. Return Policy
- If you receive a product that is damaged or defective (not caused by the customer's accident, misuse or neglect), you can apply for a replacement or refund.
- Please inspect the product immediately upon receipt (it is recommended to do so in front of the courier). If any damage is found, you must contact us within 24 hours with your order number.
- Returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
   - The urn is too small to hold the ashes (capacity and dimensions are specified on the product details page);
   - You wish to return or exchange the urn simply because you prefer another color after receipt.
   - The product has been used.

2. Return Process
- **Contact Us**: Prior to return, please confirm whether the package or product was received damaged.
If the item you received has shipping damage or manufacturing defects, you are required to provide photos of the defective product when returning or exchanging it. This will help us resolve the issue for you more effectively.
If the package is damaged upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible via email at lucia@zhxco.com for prompt handling.
- **Logistics and Shipping Fees**: We offer replacement or refund for products with shipping damage or manufacturing defects. The specific handling method (such as replacement, refund, or return of the product) will be determined by the Miss-u-Alr customer support team based on the actual situation and the information you provide (e.g., photos of the defective product).
If the item is returned for reasons other than a defect or the wrong item being shipped, the customer must pay all costs related to return shipping.

3. Refund Policy
- For products that meet the return policy, the purchase amount will be refunded to the payment account (such as credit card/PayPal) used when placing the order within 14 business days.
- The refund amount is the actual amount paid for the product (for products purchased during promotions, the refund will be based on the actual payment, not the retail price).
- No refund will be given if the product is damaged or has missing parts.
